Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of rankedandcited.com and the services provided by Rise Level Marketing, operating as Ranked & Cited (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the site, requesting a free audit, or hiring us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who we are

Ranked & Cited is a studio run by Shujain Ali under Rise Level Marketing. We design and build premium authority websites and provide an ongoing monthly service to keep them ranked on Google and cited by AI.

The free audit and homepage concept

We offer a free AI visibility audit and a homepage redesign concept with no payment and no obligation. A few things to know:

• The free concept is shown to you as a preview and a walkthrough. The design files and the live site become yours when you become a client and pay for your build.
• We may decline or limit free audits, since we can only produce a small number at a time.
• Nothing about the free audit obligates you to buy, and nothing obligates us to take on a build.

Our services

If you become a client, your build includes a custom-designed website and the ongoing work described on our Pricing page. The current founding rate is $500 for the build plus $99 per month, locked for founding clients. The standard rate is $2,000 for the build plus $199 per month and will rise over time. The monthly subscription covers hosting, security, maintenance, content, performance, and ongoing SEO, AEO, and GEO, along with the changes you ask for. We confirm the scope and price with you in writing before any work begins.

Payment and billing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. The monthly subscription bills automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, with no long-term contract. Cancelling stops future monthly charges. Build fees already paid are non-refundable once the work has started, except where a guarantee below applies.

What you own

Once your build is paid for, the website is yours. You keep full ownership and admin access, and you keep the site if you ever cancel the monthly service. We retain ownership of our own internal tools, systems, and processes, which are not part of what we deliver to you.

What we promise, and what we do not

We are honest about results. We cannot and do not promise specific rankings, traffic, or sales, because those depend on how competitive your market is and how much your competitors invest in advertising and SEO. What we promise is the foundation that makes results possible, backed by these guarantees:

• Your site passes a 95 or higher speed and accessibility check, or we fix it free.
• Most of your pages are found by Google within about two weeks, or we keep working free until they are.
• You can cancel the monthly service at any time and keep your site.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate information and to have the right to use any brand materials, text, and images you provide. You are responsible for the legality of your own business and the claims on your site. You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to disrupt it.

Third-party services

Our work relies on third-party services such as hosting, payment processing, analytics, and search and AI platforms. We are not responsible for the actions, outages, or policy changes of those third parties, though we will do our best to keep your site running smoothly.

Limitation of liability

We provide our services with care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You can stop using the site or cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or end service if these terms are broken, or if payment fails and is not resolved. If service ends, you keep any site you have paid for.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our business or the law changes. When we do, we will change the date at the top. Continuing to use the site or our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
